When will I receive my order?

Each personalized gift is created once the order is placed and will ship as quickly as possible. Most personalized gifts will ship within two weeks to the designated address.  If there is more than one item we will wait until all items are here and ship them together.

Can I make changes once I place my order?

Once your order is placed your order cannot be changed.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We wrap each gift in elegance tissue and Fleurish gold bags and tie it with coordinating ribbons. Complete your gifting experience by adding a personalized message.

Where do items ship from?

All of our gifts ship from Excelsior, Minnesota. Fleurish is responsible for shipment up to the point of delivery.  Fleurish is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after they have been delivered.

What payment methods are accepted?

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple pay

Will sales tax be charged to my order?

Orders placed on Fleurishllp.com are subject to applicable state, local and county sales tax.  It will be based on the shipping zip code entered when placing the order.
